He was born in Pawa in Iran, 1975. He obtained diploma in the Humanities and Bachelor in History at Tehran University. He was also awarded Master in History of Islamic Iran at Tehran University in 2000 and PhD in the same field in 2005 at Tarbiat Modares University.

He was born in Takia Village –Qaradagh district in 1949. He started his study when he was a child and continued only to the 3rd primary stage and then joined religious school. He visited many schools in order to acquire knowledge. Then he traveled to Baghdad to complete his preparatory stage in the (Bab Al-Sheikh) Islamic Institute between1970-1971.
Later on he joins Imam A’Adam College and gets Bachelor degree in the Islamic sciences.
His first work in the field of investigation of poetical works was Waffaee poetical work. His first involvement in manuscript works goes back to 1973 when he first started to work on Mawlawi Doctrine. He also worked on the manuscripts of some other poets including; Waffaee, Jaffaee, and Mawlawi.
He has published over 50 books, one of which is entitled “Revival of the lives of the Kurdish Scientists through their manuscripts”
